Dalila is an accomplished Senior Commercial Legal Counsel with extensive experience in large and complex business transactions licensed as a lawyer in Israel and Argentina. She specializes in contract drafting and leading worldwide negotiations in various fields such as intellectual property, technology, and privacy compliance (data processing agreements), supply and purchase agreements, tenders, cooperation and partnership agreements, development and license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc. She is also a specialist in corporate matters, M&A transactions, and company secretary and provides legal and commercial advice for the ongoing business of clients in different sectors such as defense companies, high-tech (including start-ups), cybersecurity, e-commerce, gaming, automotive, pharma, and other industries. She possesses remarkable skills such as international business, contract drafting in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, excellent interpersonal relationships and knowledge of different cultures, contract and corporate law, and international negotiation skills.

 

She is a strong legal professional with a Master of Laws - LLM focused in specialization in commercial law and business, economics, and taxes from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LLB and Master's degrees from The University of Buenos Aires.
